A fundamental principle governing our work, and our approach to brokering investment opportunities, is that there shall be absolute transparency and perfect coordination with the owner. To strictly adhere to the stated principle, we faithfully follow this chronological process:
Receive relevant documents and study the investment opportunity.
Prepare a memorandum summarizing the deal. The document will be investor oriented, with the aim of providing the potential buyer the essential information for a prima facie evaluation of the opportunity.
The memorandum is submitted to the owner for approval.
Based on a precise matching of the investment’s characteristics, and the investment criteria of institutional investors in our database, a shortlist of handpicked investors will be submitted to the owner for approval.
Owner-approved investors will receive the memorandum.
*** Discussing the investment opportunity and sending the memorandum to investors, will not occur until such time as the owner provides approval for these actions.
Follow up with investors and provide feedback to the owner.
Receipt of the Letter of Intent, coordination of the Due Diligence process, and ongoing support where needed.
